Hey Fashion Family!
If you follow me on Snapchat you'd know I've been doing a Greek Gear styling tribute. I am a proud Soror of Gamma Phi Delta Sorority, Inc. so I thought why not combine my love of fashion with my love of sorority life. I will be styling myself in Gamma wear for 5 days straight! These looks can easily be altered to fit your sorority's colors , crest, symbols, signature accessories, etc. and if you're GPhiD Heeeyyy Soror! I have styled myself for 3 of 5 of the days thus far.
Day 1 Ivy League Greek: This is when you bring out your cutest sorority sweater, cardigan, or crew neck sweater and pair it with a white blouse. For a classic feel add great fitting trouser pant with your fun ballerina flats. If you don't have dress pants don't worry a black leggings with a English riding style boot will do the trick. I wore a vintage necklace piece found at a consignment to merge the outfit together. (photo above)
Day 2 Girly Greek: I'm sorry in advance I did not get any photos this day. Day 2, I pulled out my signature pearls, my cute Gamma bracelet, and our sorority crest pin for my shirt. I wore a well fitted white tee and tucked in to a midi baby pink skirt. I wore my "Diva" sunglasses ( 1 dollar from shop miss a) and cute wedges to add height. I definitely felt like the Black Elle Woods of the yard. Great way to spice up my Gammaversary.
Day 3 We Run The Yard Greek: It's time to pull out them crossing jackets! If your sorority doesn't have them your hoodies will do just fine. Let the jacket be the statement piece by pairing a plain shirt underneath. For example, my crossing jackets has a black background so I tend to just wear a black tee with it. To spice up the look wear a bold earring. To add balance rock a scarf of your colors (solid ones tend to look cleaner). This is where you can relax and just throw on a comfy pair of jeans and a cute comfy shoe. (photo below)
